摘 要:通过研究表明,产业变动是考察城市环境演变的重要途径。依据“环境需求”和“环境压力”两个指标重新划分产业类型,并以此为工具分析北京城市环境演变的产业基础。数据显示,统计期间内,北京的产业环境总压力下降,而产业环境总需求上升,这一变化对于推动北京城市环境质量的改善起到积极的作用。但是,与其他世界级城市相比,北京产业结构的环境竞争优势差距明显。需要逐步加大产业环保技术的引进,尽快建立环境需求高、环境压力低的产业结构,推动北京城市环境质量改善的同时,提升城市竞争力。A great deal of researches indicated that industrial alteration is an important approach to review urban environmental evolution. Industry types are newly classified according to two index which are "environmental demand" and "environmental pressure", and then the industrial base of industrial environmental evolution of Beijing was analyzed. Results show that, within the statistical period, the total industrial pressure has declined, and that, the total industrial demand has risen, which have a positive effect to improve urban environmental quality of Beijing. However, there is a clear gap of environmental competitiveness advantage between Beijing' s industrial structure and that of other international cities in the world. It is needed to introduce in industrial environmental technologies and to frame the industrial structure whose environment demand is high and environmental pressure is low, so that, the urban environmental quality of Beijing could be ameliorated and the urban competitiveness could be uplifted.
