摘　　要：自20世纪80年代以来,银行业产权结构的私有化变革愈加成为一种重要的全球性现象,银行私有化运动是这一变革的主要力量。全球银行业产权结构的私有化变革和银行私有化运动是多种因素共同作用的结果,这些因素包括深刻的政治经济思想背景、较为充分的理论依据的存在、经验研究结论对政府产权存在必要性的质疑以及银行私有化实践的积极效果等。Since the 1980s , the privatization reform of the banking property fight structure has increasingly been a significant global phenomenon, and the Bank Privatization Campaign is the major strength of the reform. Both the reform and campaign are the results that many factors produce, including profound political, economic and ideological bac state ownershio raised bv the kground , the existence of sufficient theoretical bases, the doubt about necessity of emnirical findings, and the positive effects of bank privatization practice.
