摘　　要：明治维新时期,各种非传统的近代权利观念在日本社会产生并被大张旗鼓地宣传。这一方面使长期受传统封建权利观和等级观束缚的人们思想大为解放,另一方面也为新的近代化政治体制的产生作了理论准备。Various concepts of non-traditional modernized fight conception were widely spread in the Japanese society after Meiji Reform. On one hand, this helps to liberate people＇s thoughts which were bound by traditional feudal concept of the right and hierarchy for a long time; on the other hand, this makes a theoretic oreoaration for the newly modernized oolitical system.
