摘  要:对新疆甘薯茎线虫的生物学特性进行了初步研究,结果表明:甘薯茎线虫在30℃存活率为98%,完全致死温度为45℃。对盐、酸碱的适应性较广,0.2%~3.5%NaCl溶液中其均有存活,1.6%浓度时其存活率迅速下降,浓度高于3.5%时基本不能存活;低盐、酸性环境较有利于甘薯茎线虫的生活,最适pH为7.2。The biological characteristics of Ditylenchus destructor isolated from the sweet potato in Xinjiang were studied. The results showed that the livability of Ditylenchus destructor descend from 30℃ to 45℃. The lethal temperature was 45℃ for 20min. Its adaptability of salt, acid or alkali was wide. Ditylenchus destructor can survive in different NaCI solution grads from 0.2% to 3.5%. But the livability of Ditylenchus destructor descend quickly overl. 6% NaCI solution, more than 3.5% can't survive. The acidity and low salt environment is more advantageous to the life of Ditylenchus destructor. The most suitable pH value is 7.2.
