摘　　要：介绍了基于西门子PLC的汽车发动机冷却水泵性能测试系统的设计、测试系统的硬件组成及测试内容。该系统采用西门子S7-200型PLC,应用各种先进的传感器及计算机测控技术,测试软件采用LabVIEW软件开发。可对汽车发动机冷却水泵进行性能测试,实现了数据采集、控制、分析处理的自动化。The design, the testing content and hardware composition for the test-control system of the cooling system of engine based on Siemens S7-200 PLC were introduced. The testing system hardware was developed by Labview, it can be applied in the performance test for cooling pump of automobile, which realizes the automation of data acquisition, control and analysis.
