摘　　要：目的探索巴尔通体菌株保存和复苏的方法及其条件。方法应用传代持续培养保存法和冷冻保藏法对所保存菌株进行实验,并对冷冻保藏后的菌种进行复苏试验。结果两种方法能较好地保存巴尔通体菌株,复苏后生长良好。结论两种方法保存菌种是可行的。巴尔通体菌株对冷冻和反复冻融有很强的抵抗力。Objective To study the methods and condition on preservation and recovery of Bartonella spp.Methods The strains were selected to test for Bartonella preservation with reproductive culture and freezing methods.Results Strains could be preserved with two methods and strains grew well after recovering from-70℃ and-196℃.Conclusions Two methods are effective for strains preservation.Bartonella spp.is highly resistant to freezing and freeze-thaw cycles.
