金免疫层析法对两例鼠疫患者血清抗体的跟踪检测分析

摘　　要：目的评价胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)对鼠疫患者血清F1抗体检测效果。方法GICA和间接血凝(IHA)两种方法平行跟踪检测。结果GICA检测两例鼠疫患者在发病后4～450 d血清中鼠疫F1抗体结果与IHA结果一致。结论GICA与IHA跟踪检测鼠疫患者F1抗体结果相同,GICA也适用于鼠疫现场血清学诊断。Objective To evaluate the detective effect on serum F1 antibodies of patients with plague by gold immunochromatographic assay（GICA）.Methods GICA and IHA were carried out for parallel kinetic detection.Results The detected results of two patients from 4 days to 450 days by GICA corresponded with that by IHA.Conclusions The results of detecting F1 antibody by both GICA and IHA are identical,and GICA is also suitable for serological diagnosis in plague filed testing.
