摘　　要：目的通过对某医院180例术前谈话的分析,思考医务人员依法履行医疗告知义务。方法随机抽查上海某医院2005年度180例术前谈话记录单,并对医生和患者进行问卷调查,用Excel和SPSS软件对收集数据进行统计学分析。结果某医院的术前谈话内容基本上体现了医生的医疗告知义务,但是在形式和内容上存在一定的缺陷。该医院的重大手术谈话较普通手术谈话质量高。结论完善术前谈话制度,充分履行医疗告知义务,是提高医疗质量,预防医疗纠纷措施之一。Objective Through analysis of 180 talks before operations, to try to find out things which are reasonable so that medical staff can legally put their duty of medical telling. Tethods Carry out random spot tests on 180 talks before operations in 2005 ; ask doctors and patients to fill in questionnaires, and do statistics analysis on collected data using Excel and .SPSS Result The talks before operations in one Hospital basically represent doctors＇duty of medical telling. However, there are also some problems in the matter and format. The effective system of big operation talks in this hospital can prevent medical dissensions. Conclusion Through the soundly system of talks before operations, medical people can put their duty of medical telling into full play and improve the quality of medical. Therefore it can reach the aim for preventing medical dissensions.
