摘 要:针对滤波器外导体的结构特点和HPb59-1黄铜的成形特性,采用温锻精密成形加工方法对滤波器外导体的内孔型腔进行了近净成形加工。温锻成形加工的HPb59-1外导体锻件内腔表面粗糙度达到Ra0.8~1.6μm、内腔侧壁与底面的圆角小于R0.2mm,且锻件内腔的尺寸精度高、尺寸一致性好,无砂眼、毛刺、裂纹和折叠等缺陷,完全满足了外导体零件的安装和使用要求,同时还使外导体的电信性能大幅度提高。In view of the feature of filter shell body and the formability of HPb59-1 brass, the warm forging process was adopted to manufacture the precision forgings of shell body for the microwave communication apparatus. The surface coarseness of HPb59-1shell body inner contour processed by the warm forging technology reached to Ra0. 8-1.6μm and the bottom round angle was less than R0. 2mm. The chief advantages included the good surface quality, closer tolerance and net-shape-forming of the shell body by this method, which can be satisfied with the requirement of shell body, because the warm forgings had no defect, such as crack, fold, flash and air hole etc. The shell body had a higher telecommunication capability.
