闽东南城镇建设用地扩展与工业化耦合研究

摘　　要：在分析闽东南地区1996—2001年城镇建设用地变化趋势和特征的基础上,根据建设用地的综合扩展系数将闽东南地区城镇建设用地扩展划分为4种类型,即剧变型、缓变型、相对稳定型和稳定型,总结不同扩展类型的特征,研究工业化阶段与城镇建设用地扩展类型的关系。结果显示,处于不同工业化阶段的县市,其城镇建设用地扩展也明显不同,且与工业化进程具有一定的内在关系,最后对各县市的城镇建设用地扩展与产业非农化的耦合系数进行研究,发现其与城镇建设用地的综合变动系数具有很高的一致性。Based on analyzing the city construction land change trend and characteristics in southeast Fujian Province from 1996 to 2001, according to the value of ULc , the author puts the city construction land expansion into 4 types and summarizes the characteristics of them. The paper researches deeply the corresponding types of the city construction land expansion to dif- ferent stages and state of industrialization between them. The result shows that the cities on different state of industrialization have the different city construction land expansion types. The author tries to determine the type of the construction land ex- pansion by using the coupling coefficients of the output value of second industry and tertiary industry to GDP with the city construction land expansion respectively. We can see that the coupling coefficients and the city construction land expansion composite coefficient show a strong consistency by comparison.
