摘　　要：科研课题经费是保证科研项目顺利进行的物质基础,科学、有效地运行预算管理体制能够节省资金,提高经费使用效益,促进科研项目的顺利完成。文章就农业科研单位建立课题经费预算管理机制的有关方面进行了探讨,并提出相应的完善措施。Research funds for task group are the material basis to guarantee the smooth running of research project. Scientific and effective budget management system can save capital, improve fund efficiency, and accelerate the accomplishment of research project.
