高海拔地区中重度乳糜全血制备洗涤红细胞效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高海拔地区中、重度乳糜全血制备洗涤红细胞的质量、输注效果及输血不良反应发生情况。方法将采集的中、重度乳糜全血制备的洗涤红细胞作研究组,另将同期以正常血制备的洗涤红细胞作为对照组。检验血液质量,观察临床输注效果及输血不良反应。结果两组均无临床不良输血反应发生,血液质量达到了国家标准要求。结论中、重度乳糜全血制备洗涤红细胞与正常血洗涤红细胞的质量标准一致。Objective To discuss the quality, blood transfusion effect and adverse reaction of the washed red blood cells that were made from middling and severe chyle whole blood at high altitude area. Methods The experi- mental group was made of 142 units washed red blood cells that were made from middle and severe chyle whole blood, and 212 units washed red blood cells that were made from normal whole blood as control group, testing the quality of blood, tracking clinical transfusion effect and the incidence of transfusion adverse reaction. Results Both the experimental group and the control group had no clinical transfusion adverse reaction. Blood quality met with the requirement of the national standard and accorded to the clinical transfusion request. Conclusion The washed red blood cells that were made from middle and severe chyle whole blood can satisfy the quality standards of normal washed red blood cells.
