摘 要:为了解决光幕靶在使用过程中受干扰光影响无法测试距炮口较近处弹丸速度的问题,提出了一种数字化光幕靶分析方法,用于测试火光干扰较为严重条件下的弹丸速度.采用数据采集系统配合数字化分析方法,能够精确计算出弹丸穿过两靶的时间,不受炮口火光和弹尾曳光的干扰.与传统的峰值一半电平触发方式相比,能够显著提高测试精度,从而扩大了光幕靶的使用范围.试验证明了采用该方法能准确测试弹径14.5 mm弹丸的速度.测试结果表明,数字化分析方法在测试光干扰严重的弹丸速度时,测试精度能够达到国军标要求.To solve the problem that the bullet speed measurement near the gunpoint is not able to obtain by the common optical screen because of light interference, a digital optical screen with resistance to light interference was proposed for bullet speed measurement. Combining data acquisition system with digital analysis method, the time of bullet across the two screens was obtained accurately and the affection of gunpoint light and flame tracer were avoided. Compared with half peak voltage level trigger manner, the measurement accuracy is improved significantly and the application field of digital optical screen is expanded. The test result shows that the speed of φ4. 5mm projectile is measured by the proposed method with high precision and the measuring accuracy reaches the requirement of the national military standards.
