摘  要:为了解决多光幕交汇立靶测量精度分析过程中运用传统微分误差分析法所得结果偏大,且直观性差的问题,介绍了一种采用数值分析和田口试验方法相结合的改进方案.文中详细说明了该方案的原理,分析了影响系统测试精度稳定性的因素,并运用线性回归模型得到了各因素对系统精度的影响规律.运用该方法,在结构一定的条件下,光幕立靶测试系统对于不同测试目标能够达到的稳定测试精度为15 mm,更加接近试验结果,解决了传统微分法的问题.In order to improve accuracy and intelligibility of error prediction for one novel target system based on six-intersected-screen, which was used to measure bullet flight vector, a method based on Taguchi and Monte Carlo simulation approach other than traditional differential approach was introduced. Working principle of novel bullet location measurement system was presented. Main factors affecting the robust of system measurement accuracy were found out. The linear regression-based model was also built for system accuracy predication according to the main factors' configurations. On condition of certain structure of apparatus, error prediction of 15 mm is more creditable than what comes from traditional method,according to experiments committed.
