关于名校建设的几点思考

摘　　要：为了探讨新时代条件下如何建设名校问题,通过总结国内名校的办学经验和分析目前高校建设中存在的一些问题,提出了创建名校的几点措施.结论是:建设名校必须具备创新型名师、创新型校长、创新型管理、创新型学生和创新型研究成果等条件。In order to inquire into some key issues on how to facilitate construction of famous universities in the new era, some experiences for running a university from famous domestic universities were sumed up, some problems existed in the construction of colleges and universities analyzed, and a few measures to establish famous universities presented. It is concluded that the prerequisite to setting up famous universities is to possess pioneering teachers, innovative presidents, advanced management systems, and students with creative power, as well as the research achievements with new idea and creativeness and so on.
