摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆在终身教育中的重要地位,提出了终身教育背景下高校图书馆的发展在于“大力推进文献信息资源建设、改变传统的服务模式、建立学科导航系统、提升图书馆信息服务层次”等思路,并对建设学习型图书馆,如何提高馆员素质进行粗浅探讨。The importance of university libraries thoughts on the development of the libraries in the in the lifelong education is highlighted. Some context of lifelong education are presented, which include furthering the construction of documentary information resources, transforming the traditional servies modes, building subjects navigation system and raising information services level. Explorations on how to establish learning-mode libraries and the key to enhancing the qualities of librarians are made.
