摘  要:目的:探讨胆必清颗粒对兔肠缺血/再灌注所致肺损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法:大耳白兔随机分为对照组(假手术组)、模型组、胆必清用药组。采用夹闭肠系膜上动脉(时间60 min)技术复制肠道缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤模型。观察各组家兔血浆内毒素及组织中丙二醛(MDA)、髓过氧化酶(MPO)的含量变化;并观察小肠、肺的病理变化。结果:制模后家兔血浆内毒素及组织中的MDA及MPO含量与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.01);胆必清颗粒组内毒素及组织中的MDA及MPO含量与模型组相比均有所下降(P<0.05)。胆必清颗粒组小肠及肺的病理学变化明显优于模型组。结论:胆必清颗粒对兔肠缺血/再灌注所致肺损伤有保护作用。Objective: To investigate the protective effects of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine Danbiqing granules on pulmonary injury induced by ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) in rabbits. Methods: Rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group, the model group and the Danbiqing group. I/R injury model was replicated by occluding superior mesenteric artery for 60 minutes. The changes of plasma endotoxin, malondialdehyde (MDA) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) in tissues were determined in all groups. The pathologic changes of the intestinal and pulmonary tissues were observed. Results: The contents of endotoxin, MDA and MPO in model group increased significantly compared with those of the control group, the contents of endotoxin,MDA and MPO in Danbiqing group decreased significantly compared with those of the model group,Pathological injuries were alleviated in the Danbiqing group. Conclusion: The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine Danbiqing granules can produce protective effects on pulmonary injury induced by ischemia/reperfusion in rabbits.
