摘　　要：针对图书馆学术现状,探讨了形成学术团队的条件,分析了图书馆学术团队的组合依据,论述了学术团队组建的意义。In the light of the present academic situation of the library science, this paper expounds the conditions of forming the academic team, analyzes on the foundations of the combination of academic team of.the library, and expounds the significance of the organization of the academic team.
