摘　　要：目的:总结自体颗粒脂肪移植的经验。方法:采用注射器法抽取自体颗粒脂肪,清洗、纯化后移植于乳房、颞部、颊部等受区。结果:本组570例中,脂肪吸收明显者40例(占8.91%),18例(占4.07%)出现硬结。结论:自体颗粒脂肪移植取得成功的关键在于术前合理设计以及正确地抽吸注射技术及术后良好的局部处理。Objective To summarize the clinical experienience of fat granule injection auto-transplantation. Methods The fat granule was extracted with injector, purged and injected into the breast,temporal,buccal. Results In 570 cases, complication appeared in eighteen recipients,and the incidence rate was 4.07% .The fujected fat granule was obviously absorbed in forty recipients （8.91%）.The other recipients showed safisfartory results. Conclusion To reach successful auto-transplantation of fat granule,the key pionts are to the equitable designation before operation, the correct liposuction and good local treatment past operation are very important.
