摘 要:通过恒速升温方法研究了不同粒径及升温速率下α-Al2O3的烧结行为,着重分析了粒径及升温速率对α-Al2O3样品致密化速率与相对密度关系的影响。发现平均粒径为150nm的样品的最大致密化速率对应的相对密度为69.7%,而350nm样品为73.0%。当升温速率为5℃/min时,350nm样品最大致密化速率出现在73.0%相对密度处,升温速率为2℃/min时,为73.8%,最大致密化速率与升温速率无关。The sintering behaviors of α-Al2O3 with different grain size were investigated respectively at two heating rates. The influences of grain size and heating rates on the relationship of densification rates with the relative density were analyzed. It was found that the maximum densification rates of the 150nm and 350nm sample occurred at the relative density of 69.7% and 73.0% respectively. At the same time, it was obtained that the maximum densification rates of the 350nm specimen appeared at the relative density of about 73.0% at two heating rates of 5℃ /min and 2℃ /min, which is independent of the heating rates.
