苯环喹溴铵的一般药理学研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨一类新药苯环喹溴铵的一般药理作用。方法:将苯环喹溴铵分为大、中、小剂量鼻粘膜给药后,观察苯环喹溴铵对小鼠精神神经活动、激怒反应、自主活动、支气管腺体分泌和小肠蠕动的作用;并观察对Beagle犬血压、心电图、心率、心律以及呼吸频率和幅度的影响。结果:苯环喹溴铵对动物中枢神经系统有一定的抑制作用(后可缓解),能减少支气管的腺体分泌,降低小肠的蠕动,但对呼吸频率和幅度以及心血管系统无明显影响。结论:苯环喹溴铵对动物的心血管和呼吸系统无明显影响,但对中枢神经系统有一定抑制作用,并可减少支气管腺体分泌、抑制小肠蠕动。Objective：To study the general pharmacological actions of bencycloquidium bromide. Methods：Bencycloquidium bromide was administered through nasal mucosa in high, medium and low doses to mice and beagle dogs. The psycho-nervous action,enraging response,voluntary movement, bronchus gland excretion ,small intestine peristalsis of mice were observed,and the cardiovascular and respiratory reactions of beagle dogs were detected. Results： Bencycloquidium bromide had no obvious effect on cardiovascular and respiratory systems of beagle dogs;but it had inhibitory action on central nerve system of mice which can be relieved later. It could also decrease the excretion of bronchus gland and the peristalsis of small intestine.Conchtsion： Bencycloquidium bromide had no obvious effect on cardiovascular system and respiratory system in animals;but had certain inhibitory action on central nerve system,and could decrease the excretion of bronchus gland and inhibit the peristalsis of small intestine in animals.
