摘 要:采用振动电极电火花沉积的方法在点焊电极表面得到合金复合涂层,用XRD、SEM、EDX,显微硬度仪以及焊接试验研究了涂层的显微组织和性能。结果表明,沉积涂层是由TiC、Cu、CuNi2Ti组成的复合涂层;复合涂层形貌的主要特征是表面呈现裂纹以及由于电弧放电引起的飞溅坑;涂层与基体之间是良好的冶金结合;在1N载荷下复合涂层的显微硬度HV高达1144。与无涂层的电极相比,电火花沉积处理的电极寿命提高了1.4倍。The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite coating deposited on the electrode surface by a vibrating electro-sparking deposited process have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray analysis, micro-hardness tests and welding experiment. The results show that coating is composed of TiC, Cu and CuNi2Ti, characterized by splashed pit and crack in surface,which exhibits desirable metallurgical bonding between coating and the matrix. The micro-hardness of composite coating reaches 1 144 with 1 N loading. Compared with that of coating free electrode, the service life of ones by electro-sparking deposited composite coating can be increased by 2.4 times.
