培土生金穴位埋线法治疗变应性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察培土生金穴位埋线法治疗变应性鼻炎的中、远期疗效。方法:诊断为脾肺气虚的变应性鼻炎患者32例,以培土生金的治疗原则辨证取穴,采用穴位埋线疗法观察治疗1个疗程及巩固治疗3个疗程后进行临床疗效对比观察。结果:患者鼻部症状及其总分经观察治疗后较治疗前相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),巩固治疗后较治疗前相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);观察治疗后有效率68.75%,巩固治疗后有效率90.63%,巩固治疗后与观察治疗后相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:培土生金穴位埋线法治疗能有效缓解或减轻变应性鼻炎患者的症状,巩固治疗后远期疗效更明显,且操作简便、维持治疗时间长、无副作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of point Riyue acupuncture on improvement of chronic cholecystitis s symptoms.Methods:60 patients with chronic cholecystitis were divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated by needling bilateral points of Riyue and the control group by needling bilateral points Kunlun.Results:The total efficiency rate was 100% in the treatment group while 3.3% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Point Riyue acupuncture has effect on improvement of chronic cholecystitis's symptoms.
