摘　　要：本文从实验研究和临床应用等方面探讨了传统手针和电针作用的不同。二者在神经传导通路,对神经递质以及免疫分子的影响等方面都存在差异。在临床应用中二者也不相同,对于疼痛性疾病及神绎损伤性疾病疗效以电针为好。This article reviews on the different effects of traditional hand-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture from two aspects including experimental and clinical researches.The two methods work through different accesses of nerve conduction,and effect differently on the neuro-transmitters and immune molecules.In clinical researches,they also function differently,in which electro-acupuncture is better than hand-acupuncture on treating pains and diseases of nerve injuries.
