正清风痛宁片辅助治疗单纯血尿性IgA肾病52例

摘　　要：目的:研究中药正清风痛宁治疗单纯血尿性IgA肾病的疗效.方法:比较单用西药和中西药结合两种不同方法治疗单纯血尿性IgA肾病的效果及免疫学指标变化.结果:两组治疗后均有一定效果.单用西药组总有效率为50%;加用正清风痛宁组总有效率为90.4%,明显优于单用西药组(P<0.01),且免疫学指标有较明显变化(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应均少.结论:中药正清风痛宁治疗单纯血尿性IgA肾病有较好的疗效.AIM： To explore the assisting role of Chinese Medicine Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet for the treatment of simple hematuria IgA nephropathy. METHODS： Of 102 patients with simple hematuria IgA nephropathy, 50 as control group were treated with conventional western medicine and the other 52 as experimental group were treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, Zhengqing Fengtongning tablets, added to the same conventional therapy as the control group had. The therapeutic outcomes and immunological indices between the 2 groups were compared statistically. RESULTS： The total effective rates were 50% and 90.4% respectively in the control and experimental groups; the latter was significantly higher than the former（P 〈 0.01 ）. The alterations of immunological indices after treatment were more obvious in the experimental group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. All the patients had few adverse reactions. CONCLUSION： The Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet is helpful for the treatment of simple hematuria IgA nephropathy.
