豫南地区企事业体检人群亚健康调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解豫南地区企事业人员的亚健康状况。方法对2001年3月—2006年4月在本院进行体检的67351名豫南地区企事业人员进行亚健康分析。结果67351例中,符合亚健康诊断标准者48396例,占71.86%。亚健康各年龄段比较,无统计学意义(P>0·05);男性发生率为73.38%明显高于女性的69.12%(χ2=22.80,P<0.01);军官的亚健康发生率为64.67%,明显低于地方行管、科技、职工(72.30%,72.13%,73.24%)人群(P<0.01);行政、科技、职工组比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。亚健康的表现类型以情绪不稳及记忆力减退最多,其发生与生活不良习惯及家庭因素有关。结论豫南地区企事业人员亚健康发生率高于全国水平,可能与不良生活习惯及家庭等因素有关。Objective To know the status of subhealth among various professional groups in southern Henan area. Methods Subhealth analysis was conducted on 67,351 persons from various enterprises in southern Henan area, who underwent a physical examination from Mar, 2001 to Apr. 2006. Results Of the whole persons, those who answered for the diagnostic criteria accounted for 71,86%, Although there was no statistical difference in subhealth rate among various age spans, it was clearly higher in the male group （73.38%） than in the female group （69.12%） （χ^2 = 22.80, P 〈 0.01 ）. The subhealth rate was significantly lower in military officers （64, 67% ） than in those who were engaged in local administration （72.30%）, science or technology （72.13%）, manual work （73.24%） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no obvious differences among the groups of administration, science or technology, and manual work. The manifestation of subhealth mainly included unstable emotion and hypomnesia whose occurrence was correlative with bad life style and family factor. Conclusion The subhealth rate of southern Henan area is at a disadvantage of high level in the whole country, which may be correlative with bad life style and family factor.
