摘  要:本文研究了在聚乙烯醇-124存在下,钨(V)-SCN^--乙基罗丹明B超高灵敏显色体系。缔合物λ_(max)=585nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(585)=1.9×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。钨浓度在0.1~1.5μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,方法曾用于水样及钢样中痕量钨的测定,结果较满意。A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the datermination of trace tungsten based on the formation of a complicated ion-association complex of tungsten with ethyl rhodamine B and thiocyanate in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol-124. The maximum absorption of the ion-association complex is at 585 nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.9×10~6 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)·Beet’s law is obeyed for tungsten in the range of 0~1.5 μg/25 ml. The interference of 31 diverse ions was studied.The proposed methcd has been used for the determination of trace tungsten in steel and water samples with satisfactory results.
