摘　　要：目的通过查阅文献,综述紫堇属藏药中生物碱成分及生物活性研究概况。方法分析近20年的文献资料,从化学成分和生物活性两方面进行综述研究。结果综合分析了紫堇属藏药中生物碱成分的植物来源、化学结构及生物活性。结论生物碱成分是紫堇属藏药中的主要活性成分,但其相关的药理作用、生物活性等方面的研究目前仅限于少数植物。Objective To introduce the studies on the chemical structures and biological activities of Alkaloids in Corydalis DC. Methods Based on the literatures recent years, the chemical structures and biological activities were reviewed. Results The plant origin, chemical structure and biological activities were outlined in this paper. Conclusion Alkaloids are the main bioactive constituents in Corydalis DC, and only the chemical, pharmacological and bioactive studies have been done about little plants.
