摘 要:目的探讨不同蒸制时间黑豆汁制首乌对亚急性衰老大鼠抗衰老作用及机制,从而寻找何首乌对抗衰老作用的最佳蒸制时间。方法Wistar系大鼠随机分正常组、模型组(D-半乳糖50 mg.kg-1.d-1)、人参皂苷组(100 mg.kg-1,D-半乳糖50 mg.kg-1.d-1)、生首乌组(4.5 g.kg-1,D-半乳糖50 mg.kg-1.d-1)、黑豆汁制首乌(以下简称黑豆汁制)0,2,4,6,8,10 h组(各组给予制首乌4.5 g.kg-1.d-1,D-半乳糖50 mg.kg-1.d-1),连续42 d。末次给药后,同时取血、脑、肝,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果注射D-半乳糖后,不同蒸制时间黑豆汁制首乌与模型组相比,均不同程度地提高血清及组织中SOD活性,降低血清及组织中MDA含量。结论黑豆汁制首乌均可延缓D-半乳糖所致的大鼠衰老,其中以黑豆汁制10 h为抗衰老最佳作用时间。Objective To investigate the anti-senile effect of Polygonum miltiflorum Thunb. of different steamed times in subacute senile rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into ten groups: normal group, model group (D-galactose ,50 mg·kg^-1·d^-1), ginsenoside group ( 100 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 D-galactose, 50 mg·kg^-1·d^-1), Polygonum miltiflorum Thunb. by steamed without adjuvant group and 0,2,4,6, 8,10 h of Polygonum miltiflorum Thunb. by steamed with bean groups, condneously 42 days, after the last time, SOD activity and MDA content in serum, liver or brain were assayed. Results The activity of SOD were reduced by Polygonum miltiflorum Thunb. of different steamed time with bean groups compared with model group, at the meantime,the contents of MDA decreased. Conclusion Polygonum miltiflorum Thunb. of different steamed times has a obvious anti - senile effect. However, 10 h of Polygonum miltiflorum Thunb. by steamed with bean is the best steamed time.
