摘 要:目的建立福乐欣口服液中黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法Symmetry C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm5μm)分析柱;流动相:甲醇-0.006%磷酸(50∶50);流速1.0 ml.min-1;色谱柱温度25℃;检测波长278 nm;进样体积10μl;外标法计算含量。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.412-4.12μg范围内与色谱峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5,回收率为99.48%,RSD=1.70%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于控制福乐欣口服液中黄芩苷含量。Objective To establish the determination method of baicalin in Fulexin Oral Liquid. Methods The content of baicalin was determined by RP-HPLC and was separated on C18 column with methanol -0.006% phosphoric acid (50: 50) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1 and wavelength of 278 ran. Injection volumn was 10 μl. Results The standard curve for baicalin hnear in the range of 0.412 - 4.12 μg ( r = 0. 999 5 n = 5 ). The average revovery was 99.48% with RSD was 1.07% ( n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, which can be used for the quality control of Fulexin Oral Liquid.
