荠菜抗炎止血药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究荠菜抗炎止血药理作用。方法分别用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,冰醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,小鼠棉球肉芽肿增生,小鼠断尾出血时间(BT),小鼠血浆复钙时间(RT)的方法,ig给药,观察荠菜的抗炎止血作用。结果荠菜能减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、冰醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,减轻小鼠棉球肉芽肿增生,能明显缩短小鼠BT及RT。结论荠菜具有一定的抗炎止血作用,其机制涉及对多种炎症介质的抑制,抗炎止血作用能部分解释荠菜生药的传统功效。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory stypticity effects of Capsellae brusa -pastoris. Methods Classical experimental methods, including anti-inflammatory ,bleeding time tests were conducted. Results Capsellac bursa -pastoris inhibited the auricular edema,exudation of abdominal blood capillaries and cotton pellet-induced auricle edema. Capsellae brusa -pastoris could obviously shorten BT and RT. Conclusion Capsellae bursa - pastoris exhibits obvious anti - inflammatory stypticity effects.
