高效液相色谱法测定银翘解毒片中绿原酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立银翘解毒片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-3%甲酸水(18∶82),流速为1ml.min-1,检测波长为326 nm。结果绿原酸进样量0.1-0.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.01%,RSD为1.67%(n=5)。结论HPLC法测定绿原酸含量简便易行、准确、重现性好。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao Jiedu tablet Methods A Kromasil Cls column was used（4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm） . The mobile phase was methyl alcohol-3% methyl acid water（ 18： 82）. The flow rate was 1 ml·mm^-1 , and the detection wavelength was 326mn. Results The linearity of Chlorogenic acid was good within the range of 0.1 -0.6μg, the average recovery rate was 99.01% and RSD = 1.67% （n =5 ） . Conclusion The HPLC method is easy, simple, and accurate and has good reappearance . It can be used for quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu tablet.
