摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定半夏、水半夏及其炮制品中麻黄碱的含量。方法色谱柱为Diamen-silC18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶0.08%三乙胺水溶液(18∶82),醋酸调pH值为5.8,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长210 nm。结果麻黄碱在0.8-2.4μg内线关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率97.22%,RSD为1.72%。结论半夏、水半夏中麻黄碱的含量存在差异,可为评价半夏、水半夏的质量提供依据。Objective To determine the contents of ephedrin in Rhizoma Pinelliae, Rhizoma Typhonii Flagelliformis and their processed products by HPLC. Methods The diamensil C18 column methanol 0.08% triethylamine water solution( 18: 82 ) as the mobile phase ,flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, wavelength was 210 nm. Results Within the range of 0.8 - 2.4 μg of ephedrin , the linearity of this method was good ( r = 0. 999 7 ). The average recovery of the different processed products was 97.22% with RSD of 1.72%. Conclusion The contents of ephedrin in Rhizoma PineUiae and Rhizoma Typhonil FlageUiformis are apparently different, which can offer consideration for evaluation of quality of them.
