正交实验法优选六味木香片的醇提工艺

摘　　要：目的优选乙醇回流法提取六味木香片中醇溶性成分的最佳工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以固含量和胡椒碱含量为考察指标,对乙醇浓度、回流次数、乙醇用量等影响因素进行研究。结果确定最佳工艺为加10倍量80%乙醇,回流提取3次,1h/次。结论应用该工艺提取效率高,稳定性好,适于工业化生产。Objective To optimize the conditions for the alcohol extraction of LiuWeiMuXiang tablet. Methods With the extract yield and piperyl piperidine content as index, orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence factors, including the concentration of alcohol, the extracting time and the amount of alcohol. Results The optimum process was 10 times of 80% alcohol ,extracting 3 times and 1 hour each time. Conclusion The process is efficient ,stable and suitable for industrial production.
