水电工程农村移民非农业安置方式的探讨

摘　　要：非农业安置方式是在水电工程农村移民工作的实践中应运而生的。就此归纳了几种较成熟的非农业安置方式,并论证了其优越性和可行性,提出实施时应注意的问题。探讨结果表明,非农业安置方式可作为传统大农业安置方式的有益补充,是可以探索和尝试的模式。With the rural resettlement from the reservoir continuously fulfillment in hydropower engineering, the non-agriculture resettlement way emerges with the tide of the times. The article has induced several mature non-agricultural resettlement way, and proved its superiority and feasibility, then put forward the problem that should be taken care of when implemented. Through the discussion, as the beneficial supplement of the big traditional agriculture resettlement way, the non-agricultural resettlement way is the mode which should be explored and attempted.
