摘 要:借助水管冷却精细算法及先进的反演算法,采用现场实验与数值反馈计算相结合的新思路,对周公宅拱坝现场PE水管的冷却效果及边界条件进行了研究。结果表明,PE水管冷却效果与铁管冷却效果存在明显差异,水管冷却温度场的计算中,PE水管边界应视为第三类边界,其冷却效果可通过“等效表面散热系数”来体现,其中“等效表面散热系数”随通水流量变化而变化。据此,可方便、简捷地实现PE水管的现场冷却效果仿真计算。计算结果证明,此方法可取得与现场实测一致的效果。With the help of a strict numerical algorithm of concrete temperature field including pipe cooling and an advanced feedback arithmetic, the cooling effect and the boundary condition of cooling pipe in Zhougongzai arch dam have been studied based on a new ideas in which test in sita and numerical calculation have been coupled. Calculation results show obvious differences of cooling effect between PE pipe and metal pipe, the temperature boundary of PE pipe in temperature field should be accepted as the third boundary, and its cooling effect can be showed by "equivalent surface coefficient", which is a value varied with the flux of water in pipe. Then the cooling effect of PE pipe in sita will be simulation in a convenient and simple method, and the calculation result have got a good agree with the measurement value in sita.
