摘 要:回顾了蒸发冷凝技术研究的发展,并对蒸发式冷凝器进行了分类,通过对各自特点的介绍,重点将板式蒸发式冷凝器与管式蒸发式冷凝器进行了对比,分析了两者降膜的不同,指出板式蒸发式冷凝器采用逆风操作不利于热湿传递,同时指出采用顺风操作或错流风向操作的优点,在此基础上进行传热分析,并由此得出如何研制及改进高效传热板及板表面的处理将是板式蒸发式冷凝器今后研究的重要方向。A retrospect was given of the development of the evaporative condensation technology, and the evaporative condensers were classified. With an introduction of various condensers, an important comparison was performed between the plate type evaporative condensers and the tube type evaporative condensers, the difference of their falling films was analyzed, it was pointed out that the plate type evaporative condensers with upwind operation was unfavorable to heat and wet transfer, and the merits of downwind operation or cross current operation were given. Based on the mentioned above, a heat transfer analysis was conducted, it is concluded that the further research trend of the plate type evaporative condensers is how to study and improve the high-fficient heat transfer plates and the treatment of the plate surfaces.
