摘　　要：核电站PSA数据库管理系统是进行核电站安全评估的手段之一。按照数据库规范设计法,设计了基于网络的核电站PSA数据库管理系统NDMS,NDMS能为PSA提供方便而充分的数据。根据核电站实际情况,NDMS采用了网络化设计,并设计了用户管理机制及智能编码规则管理机制。目前NDMS已作为PSA分析软件RiskA的数据库平台得到了较好的应用。A PSA database management system for nuclear power plants （NPPs） is one of the hey factors to assessing the security of NPPs. NDMS is developed according to the method of database standardization design. Sufficient data can be supplied conveniently to PSA by NDMS. Based on the real conditions of NPPs, a net-based design, a suit of user management mechanism and a mechanism of intelligent code rule management are implemented in NDMS. NDMS has been tested and applied successfully as an effective database tool for RiskA up to now.
