摘　　要：改革开放以来,国债在我国经济中的作用越来越突出,主要表现为弥补财政赤字、筹集建设资金和调节经济运行。国债作用的增强也带来国债在发行、使用和偿还方面风险因素的加大。因此,对我国国债风险的全面认识,有助于我们更好的发挥国债的功效,提高国债的使用效率。Since the reform and opening to outside world, the national debt plays more and more important role in China＇s economy in the fields of compensating financial deficit, raising construction funds and adjusting economic growth. The increase of the role of the national debt also increases the risk in the issue, use and return of the national debt. Thus, the overall study of the national debt is helpful to better giving the function of national debt into full play and to promoting the efficiency of the use of the national debt.
