摘  要:目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1(AngiotensinⅡ receptor type 1,AT1R)和受体2((AngiotensinⅡ receptor type 2,AT2R)在小鼠肾小管发育中的表达及其与肾脏发育的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法和体视学方法检测胚龄14、15、16、18天胎鼠及生后1、3天仔鼠肾小管AT1R和AT2R的表达。结果AT1R于胚龄15天开始出现在肾小管,胚龄16天达到高峰,随后表达逐渐减弱,生后3天微量表达;AT2R于胚龄16天开始出现在肾小管,胚龄18天达到高峰,以后表达逐渐减弱,至生后3天基本消失。结论小鼠肾脏发育早期AT1R和AT2R与肾小管的增殖和分化密切相关。Objective To observe the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ AT1 receptor and angiotensin Ⅱ AT2receptor in tubules and investigate the relationships between them and kidney development in mouse. Methods The expression of AT1 receptor and AT2 receptor was examined and analyzed in the kidney of mouse embryos at 14 d, 15 d, 16 d, 18 d, 16 d by immunohistochemistry. Results At E15, AT1 receptor emerged. At E16, the expression of AT1 receptor was highest and then decreased gradually. At E16, AT 2 receptor emerged. At El8, the expression of AT2 receptor was most abundant and then decreased gradually. Conclusions It is supposed that the expression of AT1 receptor and AT2 receptor appears to correlate with the differentiation and proliferation of of renal tubules during development of mouse kidney.
