黄芩总黄酮中枢抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的：研究黄芩总黄酮（Total flavonoids of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi，TFSB）是否类似于临床常用抗焦虑药物地西泮，具有中枢抑制作用并影响肌肉协调能力和运动协调能力。方法：应用自发活动实验、戊巴比妥钠诱导睡眠实验、对肌肉协调能力和运动协调能力的影响实验进行评价。结果：TFSB（30～300mg·kg^-1）不影响自发活动，对戊巴比妥钠诱导睡眠时间和睡眠潜伏期无明显影响，对肌肉协调能力和运动协调能力没有显著影响（没有肌肉松驰作用）。结论：TFSB在抗焦虑剂量范围（30～300mg·kg^-1）无中枢抑制作用，对肌肉协调能力和运动协调能力没有显著影响，利于其抗焦虑作用的发挥。Objective： To explore whether Total flavonoids of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi （TFSB） has central inhibition effect and influence muscle and motor coordination like diazepam （clinical common anxiolytic medicine） Methods： Measured by using spontaneous activity experiment, Pentobarbital sodium induced - sleeping experiment and muscle and motor coordination experiment. Results： TFSB （30 -300mg· kg^-1） produced neither influence on latency time and sleeping time induced by Pentobarbital sodium and spontaneous activity nor muscle and motor coordination （no relaxing muscle） . Conclusion： TFSB has no effect of central inhibition or muscle and motor coordination.
