摘　　要：面对目前发达国家充分利用其在知识产权上的领先优势对我们进行经济制裁,分析了加强知识产权预警与应急意识和机制建设,事前有意识地避开侵权领域,事后能够及时有效地应对已发生的纠纷。对我国的经济建设和综合国力的发展提出了相应对策。With the development of economy globalization, intellectual property right will be more and more important in economic activity. At present, developed countries often apply economic sanctions against us by using their intellectual property advantage. Therefore, we must enhance building early warning and emergency mechanism, consciously avoid the field of Infringement beforehand, and timely and effectively cope with the knottiness afterwards. It is most important for us to raise our comprehensive national power and develop our economy.
