创业活动与产业集群不同发展阶段之间的相互关系

摘　　要：由于产业集群内蕴含有丰富的创业活力和创业资源,集群区域内的创业活动相对活跃。关联创业活动的开展有利于产业集群的形成与成长。而在产业集群发展的后期,创业过程也有助于产业集群生命周期的延长与更新。基于创业活动与产业集群之间这种路径依赖关系,提出了创新导向下的政策组合建议。Entrepreneurship and the related resource are rich in the industrial cluster region, so the entrepreneurship activities are more than other regions. The related start-ups are very helpful for the form and growth of industrial cluster. Meanwhile, entrepreneurships are contributive to renew and upgrade. Based on the path-dependence of entrepreneurship and industrial cluster, we propose the suggestion for policy combination.
