Application of autogenous local augmentation in treatment of breast depressed deformty： a report of 68 cases

摘　　要：目的探讨乳房的良、恶性疾患行局部较大范围切除术后美容问题。方法采用带血管蒂的组织瓣转移和邻近腺体转移的方式来填充、修复创面，使术后塌陷、变形的乳房得以改观。结果本组68例91侧乳房，术后乳房外观满意，患者自我感觉良好。仅有14列出现切口下方积液或局部皮肤淤血，经穿刺抽液等处理后好转。无1例切口感染及乳头、乳晕感觉异常等。结论乳房良、恶性疾病患者行局部较大范围切除术后出现局部塌陷、变形时，可采用局部随意性组织瓣及隆乳术一次性手术达到局部美容的目的。Objective To explore the local cosmetology problems after breast operation. Method Autogenous local breast augmentation were performed in patients with benign or malignant breast diseases after local but larger area resection. Filling and repairing wound surface with vascular fat-flap transferring and nearby-gland transferring can lessen the sunken and deformed breast after operation. The antibiotics were applied after operation for 3-4 days. Results A total of 91 breasts in 68 patients were operated. After operation, only a few patients were with deposit under incision and some local skin extravasared blood but recovered soon after treatment. Infection of incisional wound and paresthesia with the nipple or areola of breast did not occur in all cases. Patients felt well and satisfied with the appearance of their breasts after operation. The average stay in hospital in all 68 patients were one week. Conclusions Local cosmetology of breast can be achieved after once autogenous local breast augmentation for the local sunken and deformed breast. The operation has the advantages of simple, small wound, quick recovery, high successful rate, less complication and acceptable by patients.
