摘  要:本文报道了酸性介质,以氨三乙酸为活化剂,高碘酸钾氧化荧光素,动力荧光法测定痕量锰的新体系。方法检出限为7.3×10^(-2)ng/ml,线性范围为0.1~3.2ng/ml,常见离子基本上不干扰测定。用于直接测定水样中锰。A new Kinetic fiuorimetric method for determining trace Mn has been described. The methcd is based on the catalytic oxidation of fluorescein with potassium periodate in the presence of nitrilo triacetic acid as an activator. The detection limit for Mn is 7.3×10^(-2) ng/ml. The lincar range of etermination is 0.1~3.2 ng/ml of manganese. The method has been used to determine trace Mn in water samples.
