摘  要:以空心涡轮叶片作为典型件,开展了定向凝固过程中叶片、陶瓷型芯和陶瓷型壳温度场的数值模拟研究,分析了陶瓷在定向凝固过程中的膨胀特点,对空心叶片铸造过程中陶瓷型芯的定位进行了设计。The first stage hollow turbine blades were taken as typical parts to research, The simulations of the temperature fields on blade, ceramic core and ceramic shell during directional solidification were investigated. The expend-behavior characteristic of ceramic at the course of solidification was analyzed. Locating model of ceramic cores was designed and presented.
