摘  要:采用不同的钾盐复合变质剂(含B钾盐、含Ti钾盐、含Zr钾盐)对高钒高速钢进行变质处理。试验结果表明,在高钒高速钢中加入含B钾盐、含Ti钾盐复合变质剂,能使初生VC的数量有所增加,形态更为圆整,分布均匀。加入含Zr钾盐复合变质剂,初生VC数量变化不大,但形态有所改变,共晶碳化钒断开,更加细化。The effects of different potassium salt multi-modifications (potassium salt including B, Ti, Zr respectively) on carbide morphologies of high vanadium high speed steel were investigated in this article. The results show that, with the multi-modification agent of potassium salt including B or potassium salt including Ti added, not only the amounts of the primary VC increase, but also the shape of the primary VC becomes much more smooth and spherical. Further more the distribution of them becomes more homogeneous. With the multi-modification agent of potassium salt including Zr added, the amounts of the primary VC are not changed, but the shape of them is modified, the eutectic carbides are beaked up and refined.
