摘  要:研究了钇、铍、钐、硼、钕等微量元素对Ti-8.5%Si(质量分数)共晶合金微观组织和室温压缩性能的影响。试验表明,添加适量钇、铍、钐、硼、钕等元素,均可有效提高Ti-8.5%Si合金的室温压缩强度和塑性,并细化其微观组织。其中,硼对Ti-8.5%Si合金室温压缩塑性的改善最为显著。分析认为,硼很可能以异质形核质点的形式,提高合金的形核率,从而细化合金的微观组织,改善合金的室温塑性。The effects of yttrium (Y), beryllium (Be), samarium (Sm), boron (B) and neodymium (Nd) on the microstructures and compressive properties at room temperature (RT) of Ti-8.5wt% Si eutectic alloy were studied. It was shown that the compressive strength and ductility at RT of Ti-8.5wt%Si eutectic alloy can be improved effectively by additional minim elements such as Y, Be, Sm, B, Nd. The phases in the microstructure were also finer. The effect of boron on the compressive ductility was most obviously. The results of the experiments revealed that the nucleation rate of the alloy was possibly improved because of the exogenous inclusion B.
