玉丹荣心颗粒对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨玉丹荣心颗粒对小鼠非特异性免疫和特异性免疫的调节作用。方法将40只小鼠随机分为4组,A、B组灌服蒸馏水,C组灌服黄芪颗粒冲剂,D组灌服玉丹荣心颗粒。给药第10天皮下注射环磷酰胺造模,分别观察玉丹荣心颗粒对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)所致迟发性超敏反应、鸡红细胞(CRBC)致敏小鼠溶血素抗体生成的影响。结果玉丹荣心颗粒可提高免疫功能低下小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能;增强DNCB所致迟发性超敏反应;提高小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平。结论玉丹荣心颗粒能增强环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性免疫和特异性免疫功能。Objective It is to approach the accommodation effect of Yudan Rongxin granula on nonspecific and specific immunity in mice. Methods 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. The mice in A and B group were administrated with distilled water, C group were administrated with Huangqi granula, D group were administrated with Yudan Rongxin granula. On the tenth day, all groups except A group were injected with cyclophosphamide to induce the model. The effects of Yudan Rongxin granula on the phagocytic function of macrophage in abdominal cavity of mice, delayed hypersensitivity leaded by DNCB, and production of hemolysin antibody in mice that CRBC sensitized were observed. Results Yudan Rongxin granula could strengthen phagocytic function of macrophage in abdominal cavity of mice, and delay hypersensitivity leaded by DNCB, and increase the level of hemolysin antibody in blood serum of mice. Conclusion Yudan Rongxin granula can strengthen non-specific and specific of mice that have low immune function leaded by cyclophosphamide.
