摘　　要：应用多波长累积法处理导数光谱,可改善常规处理方法的灵敏度、准确度和检出限,本文继之以平滑技术对原始数据先行处理。结果表明,适当选择平滑方式及平滑次数,可进一步降低检出限。方法用于Nd、Ho、Er同时测定时获满意结果。By an accumulation of derivative data at mul tiwavelength selected, the analytical sensitivity, accuracy and the detection limit could be improved comparing with conventional treatment. In this paper a smooth technique has been used to treat the original derivative data. It has been shown that the detection limit could be lowered further under suitable way of smoothing treatment, the simultaneous determination of Nd, Er and Ho is carried out with satisfactory results.
